“Converging Paths”

Converging Paths began with a sense of direction—structured, intentional, almost controlled. As I worked, that clarity began to shift. Lines intersected, overlapped, and changed direction, creating movement that felt increasingly instinctive rather than planned.

My work often evolves this way. What begins in one emotional space gradually transforms into another, allowing the creative process itself to guide the outcome.

Converging Paths reflects that transition—the moments when direction changes, unexpected connections appear, and separate paths come together. There is movement throughout the painting, but no final destination. Instead, it captures that space between where we have been and where we may be going.

For me, the painting became a reflection on change and connection: how different directions can cross, influence one another, and continue forward in ways we may never have anticipated. It has a sharper composition with more of a graphic contrast.
